Packaging:
All items are carefully packaged before shipping to prevent damage during transport:
Each order is packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
Strong packaging tape prevents the whole parcel from being torn.
If items are not received in good condition you are welcome to return them for a full refund. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy.
We are able to ship our products to all Geographical locations.
For parcels within South Africa we ship using the South African Post Office. All parcels are securely packaged and insured.
We offer Free Postage on all orders (Priority Mail/Overnight Services excluded). This applies to South African Customers only. Please contact us for a Postage Quote if you are an International Customer.
Ordered products are shipped by:
Counter to Counter – Small parcel rates and large parcel rates within South Africa as set out by the South African Post Office Tariffs.
Average time of shipment within South Africa is 3-5 working days (Normal Registered and Insured Mail via the South African Post Office).
Priority Mail – Shipped using Speed Services through the South African Post Office as per their stipulated rates.
Average time of shipment within South Africa is usually within 24 hours.
Airmail to other Countries (average time of shipment is 2-3 weeks)

The frequency of flights to your Country or the route the parcel must follow
The effectiveness of postal services in your Country.
Strictness of Custom control in your Country
Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these costs and cannot foresee what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – you should contact your local Customs office for further information.
When ordering from overseas, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each package will be accompanied by a Customs form (ie an air waybill). Customs forms for all International packages list the value of your orders contents by product type.
REFUNDS &RETURNS
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the Provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Providers standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
If the Provider supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, the Provider must be notified within seven (7) working days of the product being delivered. The Provider will exchange it for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
If the User is not satisfied with his/her choice and the product is still in mint condition, the User must return it within 7 days of receipt by the customer and the Provider will exchange the product for something of equivalent value.
If the Provider supplies the wrong product, they will pay the delivery fee, however if the User is not satisfied with his/her choice, the delivery fees are for the Users own account.
Please note: Goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
